ОБСЕ зафиксировали 70 нарушений перемирия на Украине. Об этом говрится в ежедневном отчёте мониторинговой миссии ОБСЕ, передаёт РБК.
Зафиксировано 45 ударов в районе аэропорта. С какой стороны обстрел — неизвестно. В отчёте указано, что лидеры «ДНР» и «ЛНР» сообщили о том, что начали отвод тяжёлых вооружений от линии соприкосновения.
